Mike’s Quarter is an Internet marketing blog that covers various domains, like making money online, social networking, business, SEO, blogging and affiliate marketing. There’s also a little bit of fun stuff, for the weekends.

Who’s Mike?

That's me Well, I’m Mike, a 22 year old student from a big town in a small country. The town is Bucharest, and the country is of course, Romania.

What have I done during all these years?

After graduating from a theoretical High School, with a specialization in Informatics and Mathematics, I joined the UPB College in Bucharest. I study Computers and Automatics. Sounds pretty fancy, doesn’t it? Well, it’s just theoretical…But enough about this.

I am also in the workforce for more than a year now, doing something that isn’t really related to what I learn in school. I write. Yeah, that’s what I do for a living, writing and blogging about gadgets, technology and all the other gizmos out there. And it’s not just paying my bills, it’s a passion.

Latelly i’ve been given a chance in this vast domain called SEO. So, i’m in charge with lots of sites now. Can’t say it ain’t fun, but there’re also tons of problems that came with this responsability. But i love it.

Future plans?

I’m looking to get as much as possible into blogging, as i believe i have something to say. Internet marketing, SEO and Web Development and Managing, that should be my areas of expertise. And since i have some good programming base from the old days, i should do just fine.

And with Mike’s Quarter?

I’m trying to build something durable here, a community. The idea is to learn together about this big mystery called Internet. And don;t say it’s not a mystery to you, cause i won’t believe you. :p

The blog was launched in May 2007 and even though i’ve been neglecting it during this summer, it had like 90K uniques in the last month. Pretty good, ay?
